Step 1: Download the List of Participants from Jot Form
To download form submissions. Go to Jotform Tables, select "Download All" in the upper-right corner. Choose "Download as CSV" from the menu to begin the download process.
Ensure it includes name, email, and any extra fields you want on the certificate (such as course name or percentile). Delete any other column information (in the downloaded CSV) you don't need in the credential.
